The Juban Crossing Community Development District recently purchased property as part of a residential development near the Juban Crossing Shopping Center. The district, represented by its chair, John Wascom, purchased the property from Creekstone/Juban I LLC for $1.3 million, according to a deal filed earlier this month with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
