Construction has started on a 6,000 square foot branch of First Bank and Trust on Jefferson Highway. This will be the first permanent Baton Rouge location for the New Orleans-based bank. The branch is set to open in late August. Rozas Ward Architects of New Orleans designed the building and MAPP Construction is the contractor.
