Work has started on Coyote Blues, a new Mexican restaurant on Acadian Thruway. The popular Lafayette eatery is building an 8,515 square foot building at the old Lone Star Steakhouse site. Pecot and Company are the architects and C. M. Miciotto & Son is the contractor.
