North Carolina-based private equity firm Emerald City Associates has purchased the 328-unit Greenview East apartment complex on North Ardenwood Drive. Emerald City bought the property through its entity ECA Greenview East LLC from Shlomo Goldwasser’s Serenity Apartments Investment LLC for $11.6 million, according to a deal filed Monday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk
