The Planning Commission has approved plans to rezone nearly 37 acres of Pecue Lane near Ward Creek for commercial warehousing use. The move came after two groups that had previously opposed the companion measures—the Kleinpeter family, whose LRK partnership owns the adjacent land, and the Woodridge subdivision, which surrounds the property—came out to the commission
