Baton Rouge-born Piccadilly is gearing up for a new phase of expansion, betting on smaller-format restaurants and drive-thru service to modernize its decades-old cafeteria model. The legacy restaurant chain, now owned by Texas-based Falcon Holdings, plans to open 10 to 15 new locations over the next 24 months, according to Falcon Holdings President Abraham Khan.
