Hendricks & Partners, a Phoenix-based firm that specializes in brokering the sale of apartment complexes, has acquired the Cordaro Companies of Baton Rouge. Details of the sale were not released. Like Hendricks, Cordaro Companies specializes in apartment listings, but the company has also brokered some hotel and commercial deals. Hendricks & Partners says it is the nation’s largest multifamily advisory and research firm, with offices in 37 U.S. cities. According to The Birmingham (Ala.) News, Hendricks is making a major push in the Southeast, announcing the purchase of a Birmingham real estate firm at the same time as the Cordaro deal.
