A 4,410-square-foot office building on Perkins Road has been sold to a group of investors who plan to open a new law office in the building. The group 12345 Perkins bought the property with the same address for $745,000 in a deal that closed Monday. Chad Ortte, an agent with Donnie Jarreau Companies who helped broker the deal, says the new firm of Walters, Papillion, Thomas, Cullens will take up half of the building, while the rest will be leased out. The firm was interested in the building, which was developed by Kevin Nguyen, because of its location between Bluebonnet Boulevard and Siegen Lane. “It’s a quality product, right in the middle of town,” Ortte says.—Timothy Boone
