Postlethwaite & Netterville has added a new associate director of cybersecurity and forensics who will lead the firm’s efforts to help clients safeguard their information.
As detailed in the Moving Up section of the current issue of Business Report, Jacob Goodson has joined the firm after having previously serving as technical director and HIPAA security officer for a large Louisiana-based health system.
Goodson has more than 16 years of information security experience and extensive knowledge pertaining to IT security and compliance, system design and implementation, risk management and computer forensics.
Meanwhile, former Chicago Cubs baseball player Dr. Brad Ramsey has joined the team at the Primary Care Plus clinic on Perkins Road. Ramsey will offer preventative health care services including routine primary care checkups, health risk assessments, immunizations and screenings. Prior to joining Primary Care Plus, Ramsey split his time between Lake After Hours in Baton Rouge and King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
And in the local real estate market, Louis Hicks has joined Gardner Realtors’ Baton Rouge office. Hicks is one of 11 new agents hired by the New Orleans-based firm, which also serves the greater Baton Rouge and Mississippi Gulf Coast regions.
