David Alello has been named branch manager for the Bluebonnet Boulevard location of Assurance Financial.
A nine-year veteran of the company, Alello previously served as a loan officer in Baton Rouge and a branch manager in Denham Springs, according to the Moving Up section in the current issue of Business Report.
Also, Samuel James has been hired as vice president of enterprise risk management for the Bank of Zachary. James joins the company from the Office of Financial Institutions where he worked as a compliance examiner assistant manager.
In other Capital area professional moves, Mandi Dyer has been named regional property manager for Bearing Point Properties. With more than 14 years in property management, Dyer comes to Bearing Point from Arlington Properties, based in Birmingham, Alabama, where she was responsible for the new construction leasing of 276 units, oversaw the daily operations of two properties, and led all marketing efforts and community exposure.
