The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana this morning published an analysis of statewide COVID-19 infection data and found that Louisiana’s rate of new infections has plateaued over the past two weeks. PAR’s analysis, based on publicly available data from the Louisiana Department of Health, considered rates of new infection over the past three-week period
