• If you prefer your settings less formal and more raucous, the Varsity Theatre will hold its annual New Year’s Retro Active party with drink specials, free champagne, party favors and big screens following the celebrations in every time zone.
• Nottoway Plantation’s New Year’s Eve Gala is another classy affair, with a seven-course dinner, music and dancing the night away.
• Want your New Year’s Eve to be more than just a fun time? Head to the Crowne Plaza Hotel for their NYE Gala, and a portion of your ticket price will go toward Cancer Services of Baton Rouge.
• LSU will host a “Purple and Gold” New Year’s Eve Celebration featuring David St. Romain at the Cook Hotel and Conference Center. Click here for more information.
