Sales have started in Patriot Commerce Park, an office warehouse development at Interstate 12 and Airline Highway. The 26 lots on Patriot Drive behind Celebration Station are selling for between $69,900 and $89,900, says Chad Ortte, an agent with Donnie Jarreau Companies, who is marketing the property. The development is designed for a number of business and personal usage, from inventory and document storage to keeping boats, classic cars or collectibles. As of last week, five units had been reserved.
