For the fifth time Dr. Patrick Quinlan, CEO of Ochsner Health System, has been named to a list of the most powerful physician executives in the country. Quinlan was ranked 28th in Modern Physician’s annual survey. He topped the survey in 2007, was ranked 10th the year before and finished seventh in 2008.
