Juban Square at Juban Crossing will be nestled between the Starbucks and the Taco Bell on Juban Road, with Izzo’s Illegal Burritos and Lit Pizza occupying the end cap spaces of the center, which stretches across 2.3 acres.
Nine units will be available for lease, varying between 1,600 square feet and 3,000 square feet, with rents priced between $30 and $36 per square foot.
Developed by Kevin Nguyen, construction should break ground, says Doug Ferris, with RE/MAX First Commercial, within the next 30 to 45 days.
“We’ve had an overwhelming response to the remaining spaces, so its a winner,” Ferris says, adding there’s been significant interest from potential non-food tenants, though declining to offer specifics.
“(Denham Springs) is a hot corridor and we’ll certainly continue to grow faster than a lot of other areas,” Ferris says. “It’s an unsaturated market—that’s the key here.”
