Come rain or shine: Despite a rainy forecast, more than 20,000 Louisiana school kids are expected to participate Saturday in Lemonade Day Louisiana, which teaches youth about the basics of entrepreneuriship. Local activities kick off at 11 a.m. at Americana in Zachary, when Lemonade Day Louisiana co-founder and Raising Cane’s CEO Todd Graves will visit more than 50 stands set up by local elementary students. Later stops on his tour include Central Intermediate School at noon and the Riverfront Plaza downtown at 12:50.

Cash back: Cleco customers will receive a one-time credit of approximately $475 on their utility bills beginning in July as a result of the recent sale of Cleco Power to New York-based Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets. The Public Service Commission approved the sale in March, after initially rejecting it in February.  A total of 286,000 customers will receive credits on their electricity bills totaling more than $135 million.

Better than expected: Exxon Mobil saw steep revenue and profit declines in the first quarter, but still surpassed Wall Street expectations. The Irving, Texas-based Exxon reported first-quarter earnings per share of 43 cents, compared to the 30 cents estimated by analysts polled by S&P Global Market Intelligence. That’s down 63% from $1.17 last year. Exxon’s net income of $1.8 billion, slightly missed the $1.9 billion that analysts expected—and represents the energy company’s lowest quarterly profit in more than a decade, according to Bloomberg.
