New York investors purchased three apartment complexes in Baton Rouge last week, according to Elifin Realty’s weekly Pulse report. Brothers Todd and Marc Menowitz purchased the Pelican Bay, Howell Place and Pirates Bend apartment complexes through Granite Pelican Bay LLC, Granite Howell Place LLC and Granite Pirates Bend LLC. The purchase prices were not disclosed.
