The new owner of the old Living Foods building says he’s about 60 days away from deciding what to do with the Perkins Road property. Ken Jacob bought the 2,300-square-foot building for $300,000 in a deal that closed Dec. 30. Since purchasing the store, Jacob has hired Brown Studios as the architect. “They’ve come in and measured the building and they’re coming up with some concepts,” says Jacob, president and CEO of Cajun Industries. The architects should come back with some recommendations in 60 days. “The building is going to remain commercial, we know that,” Jacob says.
