A Gonzales developer hopes to bring new restaurants and residential spaces to Choctaw Drive. Public records show Jerrell Richardson plans to turn a vacant 2.17-acre property on Choctaw at North Foster Drive into a mixed-use commercial development. Richardson tells Daily Report he hopes to see restaurants and residential spaces as tenants of the forthcoming development.
