Fran Gladden has been named vice president, government and public affairs for Cox Communications. Gladden will oversee governmental, public, media and community relations in the Baton Rouge and Lafayette markets. She previously served as undersecretary for Louisiana Economic Development.

Nancy S. Breitenbach has been named as managing broker for ERA Stirling Properties’ Greater Baton Rouge market. Breitenbach will be responsible for the management, operations and recruiting and retention of employees for the Baton Rouge and Ascension offices.

Stacie M. Williams has been named regional director for the Louisiana Minority Business Opportunity Center, a program of the Louisiana Minority Supplier Development Council. Williams, who has more than 10 years’ experience in business development and marketing, will manage the operations in the southwest Louisiana territory, which includes Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Lake Charles. She will be based in the Baton Rouge office.

Patty Simon has been named customer support specialist for Lofton Staffing Services’ Gonzales office. Simon has more than 11 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry. In her new role, she will help grow the Gonzales community by helping people find employment.

Stacey Hopkins has been promoted to project manager for I.T. by Design, a custom software development and networking firm. Hopkins, who has been with the company since November 2008, previously served as a senior software developer. His new role includes requirements gathering, project completion, project planning and technical leadership.
