The executives of Mockler Beverage announced Thursday morning that the company has purchased Southwest Beverage Company, the Anheuser-Busch distributor in Lake Charles, Alexandria and Leesville, from Ben Marriner. The sale includes the facilities of each location. Staff members are expected to be retained. The deal expands Baton Rouge-based Mockler into 11 new parishes across Louisiana.
