A Texas-based leasing group has purchased a specialty medical facility on East Airport Avenue, off Goodwood Boulevard, for more than $4 million.

Doing business as Yellowhammer Partners LLC, Houston-based Peranich Huffman Net Lease Group bought the Baton Rouge Vascular Access property for $4.1 million. The group, led by Jonathan Peranich and Nathan Huffman, acquired the 1.5-acre property from Pic-Vac Building Partners LLC, represented by Dr. Michael Roppolo, a local doctor and developer.

The nearly 12,000-square-foot surgery center was built in 1990 and renovated in 2018, according to a former LoopNet listing for the property, and features surplus land to expand parking, if needed.
