Louisiana Farm Bureau is planning to build a three-story, single-tenant office building near the intersection of Corporate Boulevard and Jefferson Highway.
The 83,400-square-foot building would sit on 5.7 acres in the Towne Center Business Park, according to a permit application filed Aug. 26 by Alex Deshotels of Grace Hebert Curtis Architects.
The filing also includes plans for 245 parking spaces, including seven handicap spaces.

Jim Harper of Louisiana Farm Bureau could not be reached for further comment before this morning’s deadline.
The Planning Commission will take up the item at its Oct. 19 meeting.
