Lots in Commerce South subdivision sell for $1.37M

Three lots located in the Commerce South subdivision have collectively sold for $1.37 million, according to sale documents filed with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court.

All three lots, for which addresses are not given, have buildings and “improvement” on them, according to the documents.

The buyer is B.E. Investments LLC, represented by attorney Dean P. Cazenave. The seller is Pinnacle Warehousing LLC, represented by Kenneth G. St. Romain.

The deal was signed on Aug. 1.

Cazenave says the brokers involved with the deal and the principals of B.E. Investments wish to remain anonymous.

The property was purchased as an investment, he says. A credit tenant currently occupies the property.
