Los Angeles-based investment group buys Nicholson Drive apartments for $46M

Los Angeles-based JRK Property Holdings, a real estate investment group, has bought the Indigo Park by Cortland apartment complex on Nicholson Drive for $46.4 million.  The investment group bought the 330-unit property through Indigo Park Property Owner LLC, according to sales documents, and the company’s chief financial officer, Jay Schulman, represented it in the deal.
