The Red Shoes, a Baton Rouge nonprofit center for personal and spiritual growth, announced Racheal Hebert as its new executive director effective Sept. 30. Hebert was the founder and CEO of nonprofit Sexual Trauma and Awareness Response, or STAR. She stepped down from her role at the organization in 2022 due to burnout, she says.
