Cake Goddess co-founders Heather Domingue and Kim Facheaux have their icing-covered fingers on the pulse of the Baton Rouge baking scene with cakes that often seem to push the boundaries of physics with their intricate designs. From towering tiered masterpieces to whimsical outdoor scenes, there’s nothing that’s out of reach for this all-female pastry powerhouse. Their first-place win at Austin’s fifth-annual That Takes the Cake! Sugar Art Show and Cake Competition in March has only further boosted their profile both locally and nationally.
