The Livingston Executive Airport project is moving closer to completing its first phase after the State Bond Commission on Thursday approved nearly $3.5 million in additional funding for the project. The commission approved a $3.485 million Priority 1 cash line of credit for the Livingston Parish Airport District for planning and construction of the airport.
