Baton Rouge-based homebuilder Level Homes purchased 36 lots in the Atwater Reserve subdivision for just over $2.85 million, according to a deal filed Wednesday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Level Homes purchased the lots in south Baton Rouge, near Iberville Parish, from Atwater Development LLC, a subsidiary of Engquist Development.
