A Louisville, Kentucky-based development company specializing in affordable housing is interested in building multigenerational housing complex at the site of the old Bellemont Hotel on Airline Highway. Evan Holladay, development manager for LDG Development LLC, says the concept is to allow elderly people to be near their families while residing in an assisted living facility.
