National bank JPMorgan Chase bought a former Rite Aid building near the corner of Siegen Lane and Perkins Road late last week, according to sales documents.  The bank bought the property for $2.5 million from a South Carolina-based LLC, Siegen Lane Rad, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Stern Development.  The 11,000-square-foot Rite Aid location was closed
