The Kean’s Fine Dry Cleaning location on Jones Creek has been sold for $792,000 in a deal that closed last week. K Brothers bought the site from developer Donnie Jarreau. Edward L Rotenberg, an agent with Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate, who is a principal in K Brothers, says he bought the land as an investment. “It’s in a good location with a good long-term tenant,” he says. This is the second big investment deal Rotenberg has been involved in over the past week. Earlier, he and Ralph Paul Voorhies Jr. bought the Conn’s Appliance building on Airline Highway for $1.9 million. Like the Kean’s site, that’s another high-profile location with a steady long-term tenant.
