Louisiana Food Company, a purveyor of “Certified” Louisiana specialty food products, says it will begin packaging its best-selling dry product, Jammin’ Jambalaya, in environmentally friendly “paper cans” beginning early in the fourth quarter. Company president David Loflin says the new packaging will allow for better label artwork, greater flexibility of use in retail displays and, most importantly, lower packaging costs.
