Resource Holdings has purchased a site on North Reiger Road near the Siegen Village Shopping center for $950,000 as an investment. The company bought the land between Aegis Mortgage Corporation and the old Siegen Village movie theater from Sunrise Land in a deal that closed Friday. The 3.6-acre site has been trimmed down by right of ways and utility servitudes to just over an acre. Major Mittendorf of Resource Holdings says the company has no plans to build anything on the site yet. “We just bought it as an investment property and we aren’t sure what we’re going to do with it yet,” he says.
