A group of local investors has acquired the property at 11950 Industriplex Blvd. that is home to PSI, an engineering consulting firm. DRS-BLB Properties LLC, whose principals are Jacob Richardson, Tommy Lambert and Brandon Brown, acquired the property for $1.17 million from Sunrise Investments LLC, which is owned by Oklahoma businessman Jack Wright. The deal closed Friday.

It is unclear what the new owners plan for the building. None could be reached today for comment.

Earlier this year, a separate LLC owned by Richardson and Lambert acquired for $1.2 million the nearby building at 11314 Cloverland Ave. that previously housed Lee Michaels’ corporate offices. The jeweler sold the building when it moved to its new headquarters on Bankers Avenue.
