WGW Holdings LLC purchased a 1.5-acre property off S. Choctaw Drive, between Oak Villa Boulevard and N. Sherwood Forest Drive, for $600,000 in a deal filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court Tuesday.

Kathryn Juneau, of SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre, who represented the buyer, says the company intends to move its commercial industrial lighting business, Integrated Service Solutions, to the property once renovations are completed in 6 months.

The industrial property has three buildings: a 2,000-square-foot office, a partially-air-conditioned 9,600-square-foot warehouse and a 5,000-square-foot warehouse. It was sold by Canella Investments LLC, represented by Joey Canella, of SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre.
