Two other panelists have been invited: Matthew Block, Gov. John Bel Edwards’ executive counsel; and Pat Forbes, executive director of the state Office of Community Development.

The two-day summit, hosted by CPEX, will begin Tuesday, Nov. 1 and end Wednesday, Nov. 2. Tregoning is set to speak on Nov. 2.
