Thomas W. Ashley Jr. has been named president of the Capital Region Builders Association for 2009. Other officers include Joe Didier, chairman of the board; Jerry Passman, president-elect; Wayne Dodge, vice president of industry, government and public affairs; Billy Ward, vice president of commerce and development; Tricia Guitreau, vice president of finance; John Holmes, vice president of associate affairs; and Kevin McCleary, vice president elect of associate affairs.
