Elliot Eisenberg, the senior economist of the National Association of Home Builders, is set to speak next month at a luncheon sponsored by the Capital Region Builders Association. The event will be held at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 8 in the Embassy Suites Hotel. Eisenberg will discuss the impact of housing on the Capital Region economy in 2011. Attorney General Buddy Caldwell and Adam Knapp, president and CEO of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, will also speak at the lunch. Admission is $30 in advance or $40 at the door.
