A Delaware-registered company purchased seven lots across three subdivisions, including two in Denham Springs. CF KL Assets 2019-3 LLC purchased lots in the Oak Villas, Manor Pointe and Arbor Walk subdivisions from homebuilder DSLD Homes LLC for $1.49 million, according to a deal filed earlier this month with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
