Home sale prices falling nationally, but what about in the Capital Region?

While home sale prices might be falling nationwide, they continue to climb in the Capital Region.  The median U.S. home price fell 3.3% in March to $400,528, the largest year-over-year drop since 2012, according to a new report from Redfin. On the other hand, East Baton Rouge, Livingston and Ascension parishes together saw prices increase
