The Historic Preservation Commission for East Baton Rouge Parish says a planned 45-unit condo development is appropriate for Spanish Town. The commission unanimously approved Josh Rivet’s application today. The next step will be to prepare more detailed plans to present to the permit office; the project does not need to go through the Planning Commission
