The Quarters Apartments have been sold for $1.575 million. The 28-unit complex is at the corner of Highland Road and Clara Drive. The buyer was Sawgrass Holdings II, which was represented by William Cloughley, Michael Cassidy and Christopher Vince. The buyer’s broker was Tiffany Lear of Coldwell Banker One. The seller was The Quarters of Baton Rouge, represented by Richard L. and Conya P. Cockerham. The seller’s broker was Mark Hebert with Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate. The property was renovated in the 1990s, Hebert says, with a new roof and new paint. It was 100% occupied at the time of the sale, he says. —Tom Cook
