If you have young children, you may have noticed that getting them to wear a mask, and keeping it on, can be difficult. With school starting, it’s more important than ever to help your child get comfortable wearing one. First, lead by example. Put your mask on, showing them that it’s a good idea, and it’s safe. Practice wearing it at home by exchanging screen time for mask practice. Allow them one more episode of a show if they agree to wear a mask while watching. Remember to wash your hands before and after helping your child with their mask.
