Face masks are required in Louisiana, so that means that anytime you go out, put one on. First, make sure you’re wearing it correctly. Try to fit it snugly against the sides of your face to prevent frequent readjusting. It should be flush toward the bridge of your nose and fit firmly, but comfortably against skin. Remember to clean your hands before and after removing the mask and remove it using the ear loops. Surgical masks can be re-used if not wet (makeup on the inside is ok), but make sure to only store them in paper bags, not plastic. Cloth masks must be laundered frequently for re-use.
