Ground will be broken April 8 for a 47,000-square-foot outpatient medical clinic at the Interstate 12/Satsuma-Colyell Interchange. The North Oaks-Livingston Parish Medical Complex will open in late 2010. The center will cost more than $30 million to build and will include a 24-hour urgent-care center, family medicine and specialty clinics and an outpatient diagnostic and treatment center.
