This is the latest acquisition by Grace Hebert Curtis, which acquired Texas-based Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford last month and Florida-based Bullock Tice Associates in April. The acquisition also adds to Bernhard Capital Partners’ dedicated architecture, engineering and construction―or AEC―platform, which the company launched in September 2022 following its investment in Grace Hebert Curtis.

Grace Hebert Curtis CEO Jerry Hebert notes in the announcement that the acquisition is expected to enhance both firms’ expertise and position them to capitalize on the growing demand for education and hospitality infrastructure.
