La Madeleine Country French Café, which has three restaurants in Baton Rouge, is now offering franchising opportunities across the country, the company announced today. La Madeleine also announced it’s rolling out a new, refined bakery-café design, which will serve as the model for future franchised and company-owned locations. La Madeleine’s parent company, Le Duff America, is leading the franchise initiative and drawing upon experience in managing franchise programs for other brands, including Bruegger’s Bagels, as it moves forward.
