Vivid Ink Graphics has sold one of the buildings that comprises its current offices in Industrial Park for $440,000 to Frantz-Gibson Painting Company as it prepares to begin moving to its new location on Airline Highway at the beginning of next week.

Vivid Ink owner and president Steven St. Cyr says the move will occur in two stages. The small-format printing services will relocate Monday, with large-format equipment following over the Thanksgiving holiday. Frantz-Gibson Painting co-owner Mark Gibson says his company is moving into the 5,500-square-foot space at 11940 Cloverland Court after Nov. 10. Gibson says the new space is bigger and will better accommodate his growing business, which is currently located in rented space at 11114 Cedar Park Ave.

“We’re in Industrial Park already, but the new location is prime,” Gibson says, noting the new location will be closer to Airline Highway, rather the Siegen Lane.
