A partnership led by George Murrell and Lawrence Maestri, founders of Maestri-Murrell, has purchased the former Winn-Dixie property in Walker. The group bought the property through Odd Man In LLC from Yara & Aniya LLC for $100 and other considerations, according to a deal filed with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
